Property: a cottage or tenement and blacksmith's shop, and also the "ground whereon the same have been lately erected and built adjoining the said cottage", measuring ninety nine feet from the west end of the cottage to the east end of the blacksmith's shop and thirty six feet from north to south, in Middle Rasen.


Consideration: £29, 2 shillings paid to John Marrows; £12, 18 shillings paid to Marmaduke Dixon; and 5 shillings paid to George Tennyson.

Property: a cottage or tenement with its outbuildings and appurtenances, and the piece of ground containing one rood in Middle Rasen on part of which the cottage and outbuildings stand (which William Keyworth purchased of John Marrows along with a blacksmith's shop and the piece of ground on which the shop and a shed or shoeing house stand which William Keyworth reserves to himself).


Consideration: £38, 17 shillings.

William’s will:

In the of God Amen I William Keyworth of Middle Rasen in the County of Lincoln Blacksmith being infirm in body but of perfect memory make and ordain this my last will and testament in form following that is to say I give and recommend my Soul into the hand of almighty God that gave it and my Body I recommend to the Earth to be decently interred at the discretion of my Executrix and touching such worldy Good and Estate which it hath pleased God to bless me with I will and bequeath in the following maner and form ----

I bequeath to my Dearly beloved wife all and Every thing as land Goods and Chattels dureing her life an at her decease the Estate which is as potions(?) the garden Orchard Stockyard Corn Cowhouse and the Shop and tools standing in the North west corner of the Stockyard to be sold and the money to be Equaly devided amongst my Son William and my three Daughters that is Mary Elizabeth and Ann likewise the goods and Chattles She is in possesstion of at her decease after all dets are discharged to be disposed of amongst the above son & three Daughters confirming this to be my last will and testament in witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal this tenth day of June one thousand Eight hundred and five Willm Keyworth
