Here are the baptisms for Ann Naylors I can find in the area within 10 years of 1740 (Ann was married in 1763 and her husband was born in 1740.)

Ann Naylor, base daughter of Sarah Naylor, baptized 1732 in Ashton in Makerfield.

Ann Naylor, daughter of Abraham Naylor, baptized 1735/6 in Ashton in Makerfield.

Ann Naylor, daughter of Thomas Naylor, baptized 1735/6 in Winwick.

Ann Naylor, daughter of Peter Naylour, baptized 1736 in Ashton in Makerfield (abode Haddock).

I think the baptism to Roger Naylor is likely to be correct for these reasons:

Ann named one of her sons Roger. This name was somewhat uncommon in the period. It was not the name of the father or any of the brothers of Ann’s husband. Here are some statistics for 1770s baptisms in Prescot (where Roger Eccleston was baptized) for the names of Ann’s children:

John: 186

William: 146

Isaac (the name of Ann’s husband): 7

Margaret: 107

Roger: 2

Thomas: 137

Roger Naylor lived in Newton. Ann’s husband Isaac was from Newton and, from the evidence of the children’s baptism records, the couple lived there for several years after their marriage.
