Thomas made his will 10 May 1547 and it was proved 30 January 1547/8. He requested in his will to be buried in Chaddesley Corbett, but his burial does not appear in the register there.

In the name of god amen the yere of our lorde god 1547 and the fyrst yere of the Reigne of Edward the vj by the grace of god kynge of England France and Ireland defender of the feythe & of the Church of England and also of Ireland in erthe the sup[re]me head and the x day of maij I Thomas Hill of the paryshe of Stone sycke in body but p[er]fett of reme[m]brance make this my testament & last will in maner & forme folowinge, fyrst I bequeth my soule unto almyghtie god and my body to be buryed in the churche yeard of Chaddesley Itm I bequeth to the high altar of Stone iiijd. Itm to the mendinge of the wey at Stanke… ijd Itm to my iij dowghters two kyne and a heyfer, And to my fyve children xx shypp.. Itm to my two sones ten ship and to John my sone a bed and all that doth p[er]teyne to husbandreye, Itm to Willm my sone a blacke stere Itm to Margaret my dowghter all that do longe to a bed Itm to my three dowthers ij pewter dysshes a pece, Itm to Richard Thorene a dowblet a paire of hosen & a payre of showes, Itm to Elizabeth Hill an Ewe and a lambe, All the residue of my goods my dettes paide & I brought home to be devided amonge them all at the discrecon of my executors, And I do make my executors Henry Hill and Humfrey Hyll my brethren to fulfill this my last will And I do gyve to them for theire paynes takinge iijs iiijd apece.
