Father: Robert Picot de Say.

This relationship is given by Keats-Rohan (2002, p. 679), citing the Shrewsbury Cartulary, which gives Elias as Henry’s brother and therefore Robert’s son. Suppe (p. 131) gives Henry as the father, probably basing this on Sanders (p. 112), who states that Elias succeeded Henry, but does not give their relationship.

(presumed) Mother: Adeloia.

Keats-Rohan (1999, p. 325) gives Adeloia as Roberts's wife. She was previously the wife of William de Coimes).
