In the name of god Amen the five and twentieth day of July one thousand six hundred ninety and Eighte I Robert Ridler of the p[ar]ish of Standish in the Countie of Glouc: yeoman being sick in body but in p[er]fecte and sound memory praised be god dor it Doe make this my laste will and testamente in manner and forme following firste I bequeath my sowle into the hands of the Allmightie god hopeing through Jesus Christe to Receive free pardon for all my sin[n]es and my body to the earth from whence it was first framed and as for my worldly goods which the lord hath Blessed me with I give and Bequeath as Followeth

Item I give and bequeath unto my sonn John Ridler the sume of forty pounds of Lawfull monny of England to be paid to him when hee shall com and attaine to the age of fower and twentie years

Item I give and bequeath unto my sonn Anselm Ridler the Like somme of Fortie pownds of Lawfull Monny of England to be paide when he shall com and attaine to the age aforesaid if either of my sonns shall happen to dye before he come and attaine to the age of fower and twentie as aforesaid that then his p[ar]te shall be and Remaine to the surviver of them

Item I doe make and ordaine Sarah my wife my whole and sole executrix of this my last will and testament and doe give all the reste of my substance and worldly goods whatsoever

And I doe make and ordaine my two Brothers Anselm Bayly and William Bayly overseers of this my laste will and testamente
