Commentary
Henry’s parentage
Henry’s 1603 burial record and his will describe him as being of Lyme in Hanley. He named his eldest son Reynold.
In his 1573 will, Reginald Richardson of “within the parish of Prisburye” named his son “Henery Ryc’son”.
I think Reynold and Reginald are variants of the same name, so the name of Henry’s son supports this filiation. Lyme Handley was in the parish of Prestbury.
Reginald also names his wife Elizabeth in his will.
