In the name of God Amen I Henry Neal of the Parish of Marton in the County of Warwick being weak of Body but of Sound and Perfect mind and memmory Praised be Allmighty God for the same, I do make and ordain this my present Last Will and Testtament in manner and forme following. Furst and Principally, I commend my Soal into the Hands of Allmightty God hopeing through the Merites of my Savior Jesus Christ to have A full and free Pardon of all Sins and to inherett Everlasting Life. And my Body I commit to the Earth to be Decently buryed att the Discretion of my Executor hereafter named. And as for my Temporall Estate as itt hath pleased God to bestow upon me I give and Dispose thereof as followeth. Turst I will that my Debts and Funeral Charges shall be paid and Discharged

Item I give and bequeath unto my son Thomas Neal all my part of the wind Mill with all that is thereunto belonging to him his heires Executors Administrators or Assignes for Ever

Item I give my Son Thomas Above named the Sum of Twenty five pound of good and Lawfull Money of great Britaine to be paid within two years after my Decese By my Executor hereafter named.

Item I give my Daughter Susanna Clemons the som of Ten pounds of good & Lawfull Money within the year and a day of my decese by my Executor as Aforesaid

Item I Give my Granson John Clemons the Sum of five Pounds of good and Lawfull Money to be Paid when he coms to the Ages of one and twenty years. And my mind & Will is that the said John Clemons shall have Lawfull In trust for the same. that is to say yearly and every year the sum of five shillings to be paid by my Executor untill the Legacie shall becom Due

Item I Give unto Margaret [blank space] now Dwelling with me the sum of ten pounds of good and Lawfull Money to be paid within three years of my Decease to be paid to hur by my Executor hereafter named

also my mind and will is that what household Goods shall be found in the House att the time of my Decease shall be Equally Divided between my two sons Henry and Thomas

All the rest and residue of my Personal Estate with my Mesuage or Mesuages and all that is there unto belonging lying in Warwick in the Parish of St. Maryes with all the rest of my Goods and Chattels whatsoever. I do Give and bequeath unto my Loveing Son Henry Neal full and sole Executor of this my last will and Testament

And my will is that the Executor may sell if Acasion to pay the Legacies the said Mesuage Above mentioned And I do hereby revoke disanul and make voide all former wills and testaments by me heretofore made in witness whereof I the said Henry Neal to this my last Will and Testament I do therefore set my hand and Seal the foretenth Day of November 1729
