Commentary

A Samuel Bloxham was baptized in Wroxton, Oxfordshire in 1668. So far, I have not been able to rule out or to corroborate that the Samuel from Wroxton was identical with the Samuel of this page. I would guess not -- there is a gap in the Burton Dassett register for a few years before 1668, which could have been when the Samuel of this page was baptized, for example.
