In the Name of God Amen I Hugh Fyswick of Billinge in the County of Lancr. Salter: being of sound mind and p[er]fect memory God be praysed for the same first of all I commend my soule into hands of Almighty God who gave it me and my Body to be decently Intered att Holland Chappell att the discretion of my Ex’ hereafter named: trusting att the Generall Resurection by the Grace and Infinite mercie of God that I shall be Eternally saved: now my mind as will is that all my debts and Funerall Expences be first payd and discharged: and then I doe devise give and bequeath unto my loving wife Alice: all my Reall and p[er]sonall Estate it hath pleased God to Endow me with: then I doe give devise and bequeath unto my loving son John: Fyswick: one shillinge and I alsoe doe give and bequeath unto my loving daughter Alice one shillinge and I likewise doe give and bequeathe unto my loving son Henry: Fyswick one shilling and I further doe give and bequeath unto my loving son Joseph: Fyswick one shillinge and I alsoe doe give and bequeath unto my loving daughter Katherine one shillinge and I give and bequeath unto my loving son Thomas: Fyswick one shillinge and I alsoe doe and [sic] bequeath unto my loving son Andrew one shillinge and I further doe give unto my loving daughter Margaret one shillinge and I doe give and bequeath unto my loving daughter Jane one shillinge Now I doe appoint Alice my said wife Exec’x of this my last will & Testament whereunto I have put my hand and seale the sixteenth day of october Ano Dom’i: 1714::
