Commentary
Alice’s parentage
Alice married Miles Aspinall in 1689 in Winwick. The 1715 will of Hugh Fyswick of Billinge names his wife Alice and daughter Alice. The 1729 will of Alice Fiswick of Upholland names her son in law Myles Aspinwall. The 1729 also mentions the husbands of Hugh and Alice’s daughters Katherine, Margaret, and Jane. The daughters are all named in Hugh’s will.
