Draft will of William Hawles, son and heir of Henry Hawles
(1) Though I have granted to Henry Trenchard, Robert Rempston and John Stower the reversion of the manors of Clive, Milton and half Pagham, in Isle of Wight, by deed dated 1 October 1443, the said feofees to use the rents of the same to pay off my debts and then pay 20 marks for a priest to sing for the soul of Henry Hawles and my own and then to grant the said manors to Elizabeth my wife for life and then to my son, William
(2) The feofees to convey Morteyns land to my said wife for life a then to my son, Robert
(3) Feofees to be paid their expenses
