Commentary
I give James Winstanley as Samuel's father since his recorded addresses (in Dale Street in 1777 and in Johnson Street at the time of his burial in 1799) are very close to Samuel's addresses in the 1790s and early 1800s, and there don't appear to be any other baptisms or marriages to confuse the issue. Samuel's age at death (30) would put his birth in about 1776, but there is a good chance that this is a bit off, since it would mean he married at 16.
