Elizabeth Key

Events

Date of Baptism: 3 March 1722/3.

Elizabeth’s baptism is recorded in the parish register. The 1797 will of her brother John Key of Napton-on-the-Hill bequeaths land that his father, George Key, had purchased in Hellidon. Elizabeth’s age at death is given as 87 in a monumental inscription, which, not unusually, is a little high.

The date is given in the probate record for Elizabeth’s will.

Date of Burial: 28 October 1806.

The burial is recorded in the parish register (“Mrs Arnold Widow”).
