In the name of God Amen this the fourth day of June in the yeare of our Lord An[n]o Dom[ini] 1702 Franses Coullam of Goxhill in the County of Lincoln Beeing sike in body boud of good & perfect memory praised by good [sic] doe constitute this my Last Will and testament in manner and Forme Following: Imprimis I Restore my soulle unto the hands of My Creator and mercifull Redemer with whome I hope to rest in Eternall glory and my body to be buried in the Church or Churchyeard of Goxhill And for that temporall Estate with that it hath pleased good to Indow me withall I bequeth as followeth--

I do give unto elliene Coulliom my wife the hous and Land arble Middow & beatring Ground with is in the Lorde ship of Goxhill Untill my daughter elisabeth Come to foureteene years of Agge and then for to Come to her and to be paid give pounds of good And Lawful English monney att the agge att foure teene years and If my wife be With Child and It be a sone then he mouss have the house and Land arable middow & beathground When he [illegible] the agge of foure teene years and If be a daughter It is to be equal divided be twene Iteme all the of my Goods Undispersed[?] my deptes paid and funerall expences discharged I give And bequeath unto ellien my Wife Whome I make full and Sole Executrix of this my Last Will & testament In Witness Where of I have heare unto set my hand & sealle the day And yeare abouve written
