Richard’s will:

In the name of god amen the x^th day of Februarij in the yeare of our lord god one thowsand fyve hundred fyfty ninth. I Richard Tuppin of Rotingden beinge sycke in my body but whole and p[er]fecte in my reme[m]brance thanks be to god doo ordayne and make this my testament conteyninge my last will in forme folowinge Fyrst I bequeth my sowle to the m[er]cifull hands of god & my body to Xrian buryall And of my moveable goods which god hath lent me I will & bequeth to John Tuppyn my sonne one cubberd one quarter of wheat & one quarter of barly & my great brasse pott & my greate Spytt. Itm I bequeth to Thomas my sonne my best cobberd & one quarter of wheate & one quarter of Barley & two lodes of notts Itm I bequeth to Johane my daughter one quarter of wheate & one quarter of barlye. Itm to Margaret my daughter as muche. Itm to Agnes my daughter as much more All the Rest of my goods I gyve to Alice my daughter wyfe whome I make my sole executrix & she to pay my detts & all my fore said legacies &c witnes hereof Willym Tuppyn John Tuppin Robert Creden[?] with others
