Relationships

Father: Haymon.

This relationship is given by Power. Cawley notes that the appearance of the names of Geoffroy and Adeline on a charter dated to 1046 or 1047 makes it chronologically impossible that Haymon was the father of the Geoffroy of this page, but Angot (1913) gives convincing arguments that their names were added afterwards.

Mother: unknown.

Spouse: Mathilde d’Alluye.

This relationship is given by Power. It is recorded in the foundation charter of the priories of Chapelle-Guillaume in Perche and Saint-Célerin in Maine, given by Menjot d’Elbenne (Latin; French translation).

Children (by Mathilde):

(Complete source citations for facts about the children on this page are currently outside of the scope of this project.)

Hamelin de Mayenne (died before 1098).

Gauthier de Mayenne (died after 18 December 1116) married Adeline.
