In the name of god Amen the twenti seventh day of november anno domini On thousane Six hundered seveenti and in the twenti seconde yeare of the Raine of our sofuerange lorde Charles the Second by the grace of god of England Scotland Franse & Ierlande Kinge defender of the faith &c I Thomas Middeltun of Banbury bucher in the County of Oxon beinge in goode health of and of [sic] sownde & perfect memory prayysed bee ytt [sic] Considering the failty of mans life and the uncertainety of the times of his death doe make & ordaine this my last will & testament in manner & forme folloing first I Comitt my soule too Allmyghty god that gave it trusting and stidfastly beliving toe bee saued through the merites of Jesus Christ my only Sauiour & Redemer and my body toe the hearth from whencs it came toe bee decently buried in such place as to my Executrix shall seeme meete As touching my worldly goodes I despose of them as in maner & forme folloing imprimis I give unto Elizabeth Keu of Marson my Aunt Five Pownds Item I give unto Doriti Hare of Thireson my Aunt Five Powndes Item I give unto John White of Banbury my kinsman five Powndes Item I give unto Daniel White of Banbury five Powndes this mony given too John White and Danel White when they Com toe On and Twienty yeares of Aige too be payde [blank space] Ande my Too Antes mony toe payde with in on yeare after my decese Item I give devise & bequeth unto Jone Hale my kinswoman whome I make & appoynt sole Exeutrix of this my last will and testament in wittnes wheare of I the saide Thomas Middelltun haue heare untoe set my seale the deay and yeare first aboue written
