In the name of god Amen,  I Agnes Priest of Greenbrough in the County of Warw[ick] widow being sicke in body but of good and p[er]fect remembrance thankes be given to god for the same Doe make this my Last Will & testament in man[n]er & forme follwing, that is to say, first and principally I given and bequeath my soule into the hands of allmightie god my Creator & Jesus Christ my Savior trusting to be saved by his pr[e]cious bloodshedding onely, And my body to the earth from whence it Came to be buryed in Christian buryall, And as for my worldly goodes I bequeath them as followeth, that is to say, First I give & bequeath unto Sampson Priest my sonne the som[m]e of Tenn Pounds of Lawfull money of England to be paid him his e[xecuto]rs or assignes by mine executor at in & uppon the feast of Snt: Michaell tharchangell which shalbe in the yeare of our Lord god one thousand sixe hundred twenty & Five, and also I give unto him the sais Sampson one flaxen sheete./ Itm I give & bequeath unto Edward Priest my sonne the of Twenty Poundes of Lawfull money of England, Tenn Pounds of the same to be paid him by mine executor at  in & uppon the First Day of Maye which shalbe in the yeare of our Lord god one thousand sixe hundred twenty & sixe, & the other ten pounds at in & uppon the feast of Snt: Martin the bishopp then next following ./ Itm I give unto my said sonne Edward one Coffer one pann & my kettle & a peuter platter ./ Itm I give unto William Priest my sonne the som[m]e of Twenty & two pounds of Lawfull money of England to be paid unto him his exe[cutors] or assignes by mine executor at or before the feast of Snt: Michaell tharchangell which shalbe in the yeare of our Lord god one thousand sixe hundred twenty & sixe, my will is that my said executor shall finde & alowe unto my said sonne William his Wife & Children sufficient meate drinke Lodging & apparrell fitting their Callinge untell halfe a yeare after the said two & twenty pounds be paid in maner & forme aforesaid./ Itm I give unto my said sonne William my best Woollbed, the filling which Lyeth uppon me at this time, one blankett, two pillowes, one bulster, one paire of sheetes, one Cubberd & one presse, one winow sheete, one peuter platter, & one peuter Dish, one Loome & one Candle Sticke./ Itm I give unto my daughter Ellen one of my new bolsters & my stockcardes, Itm I give & bequeath Forty shillings of Lawfull English money to be equally divided amongest my naturall Daughters & their Chilldren & the Children of my sonne Sampson:/ Itm to the poore of Greenbrough three shillings & Fower pence to be Distributed according to the Discresion of mine executor at my buryall./ Itm I give to Ann Cyles my daughter one flaxen sheete/ Item I give & bequeath unto my owne daughters all my apparrell amongst them (except one Russett petticote which I give to Jane the wife of my sonne William, And also except my new smocke petticote which I give to my daughter Ellen Giddins, Itm I make & ordaine my sonne Thomas Priest sole executor of this my Last will & testament to whom I give & bequeath all the rest of my goodes Cattells & Chattells unbequeathed to pay & p[er]forme my debts & Legacies and discharge my fun[er]all, And I entreate my Loving Friends Mr Beale vicar of Greenbrough & Edward Underhill of Greenbrough aforesaid to be sup[er]visors of this my Last will & testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand & seale the day & yeare aforesaid in the p[re]sence of George Beale  Edw: Underhill Snr
