Mother: Constanza de Castilla.

This relationship is given by Cokayne (p. 97) and by Tanner. Many sources give Alix’s mother as Louis’s third wife, Alix de Blois. A series of threads in soc.genealogy.medieval seem to have convincingly shown that Constanza is the correct mother.


Spouse: Guillaume (II) “Talvas”, count of Ponthieu.
