In the name of God Amen March the tenth one Thousand seven Hundred and nine or ten ----

I Abraham Clemens of the Borough of Warwick in the County of Warwick Flax dresser being weake of body but of sound and perfect memory I make this my last will and testament in manner and form Following That is to say --

First I commend my soull to God my Creator hoping in his mercy as for the pardon of all my sinns and to be saved by the precious Death and merritts of my Blessed saviour and redeemour Jesus Christ and my body to the Earth -----

Imprimis my will is and doe give and bequeath unto my sone Joseph Clemens that hous that John Wall liveth in and Garden and the Pingle that now Rich’ Hancox now Rents of me and the pair of hatchells that he now works upon Item I Give unto my sonne Tho: Clemens Ten: pounds to be paid to him when He shall Attaine the age of twenty one yeares and For my Executrix to take care and sett him out till he Cometh to that age: and my will is that my sonne Joseph and sonne Tho: shall have all my wearing Apparrell betwixt them two left to the Discresion of my Executrix in giving them As For all the rest of my personal Estate I give and Bequeathe to my Loving wife Sarah Clemens my soull Executrix and if shee should alter her condition to Marry againe then my will is that shee shall pay unto my three Daughters Mary Sarah and Hannah the sume of tenn pounds a peice at the age of one and twenty yeares or to be paid them if they marry before ----

Item I make and ordaine my said wife Sarah Clemens my soull Executrix and doe hereby revoke all Former wills by me made In Witness Whereof I have sett my hand and seale the day and yeare aboue Written
