Commentary
Mary’s parentage:
Mary’s 1723 marriage, her burial, and the baptisms of her children took place in Frocester. The parish registers of King’s Stanley (2 miles from Frocester) record the baptism in 1669 of Mary daughter of John Watkins.
John Watkins and Jane Heaven were married in King’s Stanley in 1698, shortly before the baptism of John’s eldest child.
