In the name of God Amen I John Harrison of Parton Carpenter tho weeak of body am in perfect Memorie doe make this my Last will & Testament revokeing all former wills whatsoever doe give and Commit my soule unto God my Creator and my body unto the Earth to be Beuried in deasent Christaine like maner etc

Imprimus I give unto my well beloved wife Ann Harison forty shillings per yeare to be payed her halfe yearly viz that is to say twenty shillings every halfe yeare with all my Housold Goods silver Gold Brass pewter pots & pans tables Chests and all and singluar my Goods whatsoever Except my best bed & beding belonging there unto I give unto my daughter Mary Harrison and her Mothers wearing Clothes & Trunck and I give & bequeath my share of the ship called the six Brothers of Parton unto my said daughter and I give and bequeath unto my son Jonathan Harrison my two houses and Garden lying in Parton he paying my beloved wife forty shillings per year as above and all & singular my debts whatsoever and further I order that my well beloved wife my son & daughter to be at Equal Charges about my funeral as witness my hand this 6th day of oct 1729
