I William Berrowe of the p[ar]ishe of Grymley in the Countie of Worcester, husbandman Beeinge sycke of Bodye, yett of good & p[er]fecte memorye; (god be thanked therefore) doe make & ordayn this my Laste will & Testamente in mann’ & forme folowinge, Firste I geue & bequethe my soule into the hands of Allmightie god my Creator, Lookeinge & in faythe hopinge to be saved by the meritts And Deathe of Jesus Christe my Redemer, & by no other meanes; And my bodie to be buried att the Discresion of my Executrix. It’m I geue and bequethe to John Berrowe, my son[n]e one Black bullock and one Tagged Bullocke, And yf my son[n]e John Refuse to dwell w’th his mother, & doe the service Then he shall take his two bullocks to his owne use; But yf he dwell w’th his mother, then she shall haue the use of the two Bullockes, for to yoke, durynge the Terme of two yeres.
