Relationships

Father: Llywelyn ap Madog ab Einion.

This relationship is given by Barrell and Davies (Table B) and shown by Bartrum (Ednywain Bendew 5).

(possible) Mother: Gwenhwyfar ferch Gruffudd ab Iorwerth.

Bartrum (Ednywain Bendew 5, Hwfa 5) shows Gwenwhyfar as the wife of Llywelyn, although he mistakenly had Llwelyn as the son of Madog ab Einion ap Rhirid. Barrell and Davies (p. 34) cast doubts on the reliability of the marriage-links attributed to the family of Llywelyn ap Madog.

Spouse: Ednyfed Gam ab Iorwerth Foel.

This relationship is given by Barrell and Davies (Table B), shown by Bartrum (Tudur Trefor 13, Ednywain Bendew 5), and given by Mostyn (p. 23), by Dwnn (2:308, 2:317, 2:328), by Carr (2017, p. 156), and by Lloyd (1:316, 4:145).
