The date is given by Salazar y Acha (p. 153). 1182 is given by Giordanengo and Vones-Liebenstein. Barrios Martínez (p. 84) states that he must have been born about July 1179, or maybe a few months earlier.


Date of Death: between 11 October and 30 November 1209.

Place of Death: Palermo.

The date and place are given by Salazar y Acha (p. 153). Barrios Martínez notes that Alphonse made his will 11 September 1209.
