Richard’s widow Joan was the administrator. Also bound were John Jarman and Ch: Bembowe.

Appraisers of the probate inventory were Thos Williams and Charles Bembow.


1726/8 will of John Jarman of Llanwnnog:


In the name of God amen I John Jarman of Tregastell in the parrish of Llanwenog and Diocese of Bangor, being weak in body but Sound Memory Thanks be to God do make this my Last will and Testament first I give my soul to allmighty God my Creator and unto Jesus Christ my Redeemer by whose merits I hope to be sav’d and my Body I give to the Earth whence it Came to be buryed in Christian Buriall and with what Worldly goods it hath pleas’d God to bless me with inthis world I Leave as followeth, vizt


I Leave Tenn pounds for my funerall Expences, I allsoe give and Bequeath to my sister Elizabeth now wife to Charles Bembow the summe of five shillings, I alsoe give and Bequeath to my Sister Joan Evans of Treveglwys widow, the summe of twenty shillings, I alsoe give and bequeath to Arthur Jarman the summer of Tenn shillings, and all other my goods and Chattells I leave to Mary Jarman my now wife and Edward Jarman my nephew as my sole and Joynt Executors in witness whereof I have hereunto put my hand and seal this third day of June 1726
