William is described in his will as a fish dealer.

Events

The age at death given in William’s burial record would imply a date of birth of about 1736, but given his baptism record, the age at death is probably somewhat inaccurate.

Place of Baptism: North Meols, Lancashire, England (St Cuthbert’s).

Lancashire OnLine Parish Clerks gives this baptism without citing a source.

Date of Death: 30 January 1823.

This date is given in the probate record for William’s will.

Date of Burial: 2 February 1823.

Place of Burial: North Meols (St Cuthbert’s).

The burial is given by Lancashire OnLine Parish Clerks, citing a microfilm of the bishop’s transcripts.
