These parents are given by the 1623 Visitation of Surrey (Bannerman p. 31, citing Harl. 1561, fos. 29b and 30).

Spouse: Joan Lambert (died 1539).

This relationship is given by the 1623 Visitation of Surrey (Bannerman p. 31, citing Harl. 1561, fos. 29b and 30). Collectanea gives the surname Lambert to Thomas’s mother instead of his wife, but seems to be basing this on the same Visitation which was edited by Bannerman.

John Bowyer married Joan Brabant.

Commentary

The information about relationships on this page seems all ultimately to derive from information given in a Visitation of Surrey in 1623 by Sir Edmond Bowyer, the great-grandson of Thomas Bowyer. It is not clear what degree of confidence we should have in its accuracy.
