Commentary
William’s parentage:
I give William’s parents as William Burrow and Mary Radnor for these reasons:
The 1722 Claines baptism is in a reasonable time and place. William’s age was given as upwards of 25 on his 1749 marriage bond, and his surety lives in Claines. William’s 1749 abode of Ombersley is where the younger children of William Burrow and Mary Radnor were baptized.
The William Burrow who married Mary Radnor named his son William in his 1753 will.
The George Berrow who was a surety on the marriage bond was a brother of the William Burrow who married Mary Radnor.
I have a DNA connection to two descendants of William Burrow and Mary Radnor’s son Thomas Burrow (18 cM across 1 segment and 15 cM across 1 segment), and it is clear from the paper-trail trees that the Burrow connection must be the source of the shared DNA.
