In the name of god amen the xxijth day of June In the yer of our lord god mt vc xxxviijh the xxx yer of the reigne of our soveraigne lorde kyng Henry henry viijth I Elisabeth Michell wydow hole of mynde & perfygt of remembrance ordyn & make this my last will & testament In man[ner] & forme folowyng First I bequeth my sole to god my maker & redem[er] to his mother Mary & to all the holy co[m]pany of hevyn my body to be buried within the parishe church of Horsham wher as my husband lieth Ite[m] to the mother church of Chichest[er] vid Ito I bequeth to the hy alter of my parishe churche for my tithes & offeryngs forgoten viijd It[em] to each of my god children to pray for me iiijd It[em] I will that my executors [...] for me a preste & pore people to pray for my sole at my burying & moneth mynde that god calleth me to his mercy xxvjs viijd.
