These relationships are given by Ormerod (3:661), who in the pedigree shows Isabel as Robert’s second wife, Isabel Stanley, although the text seems to suggest she could have been a child of Robert’s first marriage. Other authors state that Isabel Savage, Robert's first wife, had no children. Robert's second marriage to Isabel Stanley occurred when he was about 14 years old, and the marriage dispensation given for the marriage of Robert and Isabel Stanley states that Isabel Savage and Robert de Legh had never had carnal relations.

Spouse: John Pigott. Married about 1439.
