In the Latin part, dated 5 June 1471, Alan Eps of the parish of Brenzett:

-asks to be buried in the church of St Eanswith in Brenzett

-makes an number of religious bequests

-makes a number of bequests to his daughter Joan

-leaves land in Russet to his son Robert

-leaves money to his godchildren

-leaves the residue to his wife Benedict and Stephen Harry, who he makes executors
