In the name of god Amen The xxijth day of marche Ao 1572 I Henry Kinge the Sonne of John Kinge thelder of the parrishe of Painswick in the countie of Glouc’r Bachelour Beinge sicke of Bodie, but perfect in remembrance. Praise be to god, Do make and ordayne this my Last will and testament in maner following First I com[m]itt my Soule to godds mercye and my bodie to buried in xrian buriall. Item I do geve & bequeth to my brother wm Kinge iij li. Item I do geue & bequeth to my Syster Jane iij li All the rest of my goods moueable and unmoueable. I do geve and bequethe unto my Sister margaret Kinge, whome I make my sole executrix: Also my will is that yf it happen my brother willm Margaret or Jane do decease, that then his or thire part shall remayne to the rest livinge.
