Stephen Willoughby (baptized 25 November 1699 in West Rasen, Lincolnshire - died about 1769). Stephen was a shoemaker in Market Rasen. He was possibly married to the Ann, wife of Stephen Willoughby, buried in Market Rasen in 1750.
