In the name of god amen, the xxjth day of Aprill in the third yere of the R[aigne] of our sou[er]aigne Lord James by the grace of god kinge of England Fraunce Ireland defender of the Faith &c And of Scotland the Eight and thirtye[?] I E[...] Egleston of the Boroughe of Warwicke in the Countye of Warw husbandman beinge sicke of bodye, yet of good and p[er]fect memorye laud and prayse be to almightie god, doe make and ordayne this my last will and testamt in m[anner] and forme Forme [sic] followinge, First I give and bequeathe my soule into the [...] of almightie god reposinge the undoubted hope of my saluation in the [...] and death of his sonne Jesus Christ, And my bodye to be buryed as [...] of my executor of this my last will/
