Mother: unknown.

A Nicholas Bennett, born in about 1524 is attested as living in Llandinam in 1578 (Chapman, p. 120), having apparently moved there two years previously from Derbyshire. He seems to be the progenitor of the Bennetts in the neighbourhood.


Spouse: Anne Wilson.

John Wilson names his daughter Anne [miscopied “and” in the register copy of the will], wife of Edward Bennett, in his 1610 will.
