In the Name of God Amen the Eight and Twentyeth day of December In the yeare of or Lord God one thousand six hundred Eighty and two I Mary Gibbins of the Burrough of Warwicke in the County of Warwicke Widdow being aged and Infirme But of sound minde and memory praysed be Almighty God doe make and Ordaine this my p[re]sent Last will and Testament in manner and forme following Impris I give and bequeath my soule into the hands of Almighty God my Creator trusting in the alone merritts of Jesus Christ my saviour to be saued And my body I Com[m]it to the earth to be buryed att the discretion of my Execut.r hereafter named And as for that small Estate wch it hath please God of his goodnesse to Lend me I dispose of as followeth viz./


Imp.ris my minde and will is that all my due debts I owe to any person or p[er]sons whatsoever and my funerall expenses be truely payd by my Execut.r

Itm I give and bequeath unto my daughter Mary Clemens one shilling to be payd unto her within one yeare next after my desease.

Itm I give and Bequeath unto my sonne Ferdinando Gibbins the sume of one shilling to be payd unto him within one yeare next after my desease.

Itm I give and bequeath unto Dorothy Gibbins daughter of my said sonne Ferdinando one shilling to be given unto her within twelue months after my desease.

Item I give and Bequeath unto my Grandsonne Richard Newcomb sonne of Richard Newcomb of Stratford upon Avon the sum[m]e of six shillings and eight pence to be payd within twelue months after my desease.

Itm I give and Bequeath unto Alice Newcomb my Grandaughter daughter of the said Richard Newcombe one Feather Bed two Feather Bolsters one Flock bed two paire of sheets two Blanketts one trilling[?] being now in the possession of the said Richard Newcomb her father.

Itm I give and Bequeath unto my Grandaughter Elizabeth Newcomb daughter of the said Richard Newcomb my Bedstead I now lye in the Bed Bolsters Curtains Blancketts and all other materialls thereunto belonging One great Chest and all the Linnens and thinges therein one Warming pan three pewter platters and one Safe The peice of new Clothe and Feather Bedtick w.ch are mine & now in the possession of the said Richard Newcomb her father.

Itm I give and Bequeath unto Joseph Gibbins and Thomas Gibbins sonnes of my sonne John Gibbins the sum[m]e of six shillings and eight pence a peice to be payd unto them within twelue months next after my desease.

Itm I give and Bequeath all my wearing Apparrell whatsoeuer unto my Daughters Mary Clemens Joane Sharpe and Elizabeth Gibbins wife of my said sonne John Gibbins to be equally diuided amongst them.

And Lastly as concerneing all and singular other my goods & Chattells whatsoeuer not hereby before Bequeathed I giue and bequeath unto John Gibbins my sonne whom I doe hereby nominate Constitute & appointe sole Execut.r of this my p[re]sent Last will and Testam.t. And I doe hereby revoke annull and make voyd all other wills & Testamts whatsoeuer heretofore made by me In witnesse whereof I haue herunto put my hand & seale the day and yeare first aboue Written./
