In the name of God Amen I Richard Relph of Lofthous being weake of body but of Good Sound and perfect mind and Memory praised be therefore Given to allmighty God do make and ordaine this my present Last Will and testament in manner and forme following that is to say first and principally I comend my soul into the Hands of almighty God hoping through the merits of death and passion of my Saviour Jesus Christ to have full and fre pardon and forgiveness of all my sins and to Inherit ever lasting Life and my body I com[m]itt to the Earth to be desently buried at the discrestion of my Executors hereafter named and as touching the disposing of all such temporall Estate as it hath pleased almighty God to bestow upon me I Give and dispose thereof as follows first I willl that my debts and funerall Charges shall be paid and discharged Itm I give and bequeath unto Richard Relph my son all my Two Closes or parcill of Ground calle Whinebush only my said son shall pay out of the said Land twenty pounds apeice to his Two sisters as follows that is to say: five pounds to Jane Relph his sister the first day of May after my discease and five pounds the first day of May next following and five pounds the first day of May next after that and five pounds more the first day of May next after that all the s.d sumes to be paid to Jane Relph or her assignes: and then the said Richard Relph shall pay unto his sister Lucrece the sum[m]e of five pounds the first day of May next after and so paying Every may day following five pounds till the above said Twenty pounds be paid and If the said Richard Relph my Son do not pay his said sisters the above said sumes they shall enter of the Land till it be paid and no Longer Itm I Give and bequeath unto Jane Relph and Lucrece Relfe my Doughters all my hous and Garth to be Equally betwixt them that is to say my dweling houss I now Live in with all my quick Goods I Give unto my Two daughters All the Rest of my Goods and Chattles and personall Estate whatsoever I doe Give and bequeath [sic] unto Jane Relph and Lucrece my Doughters full and Sole Executors of this my Last Will and testement and I do hereby revoked disanull and make Void all former wills and testaments by me heretofore made In Witness whereof I the said Richard Relph have sett my hand and seale the Twenty Eight day of August in the year of our Lord God 1708 Richard Relph his mark Witnesses George Colthirst Zacharias Campion Cath Colthirst //
