Thys ys the last wyll of me Henry Mychell as to the dysposicion of my lands & ten[ements] Fyrst I wyll that Henry Mychall my sone shalhave to hym or to hys heyers male of hys body leyfully begotten all my lands & ten[ements] with all & syngler ther ap[pur]tynas callyd Naynyngs(?) & a fyld callyd Fygg Fyld Immedyatly after my decese And yf yt fortune the seyd Henry my sone to dy without ysu male of his body lawfully begotten then I wyll that all the seyd lands callyd Naynyngs & Figfyld herby(?) shall remayne to Thomas Mychell my sone one of the brothers of the seyd Henry And to the heyers of the seyd Thomas for ever The resydew of all my lands & ten[ements] withyn the countey of Sussex not before wyllyd I wyll yt shall remayne to Elizabeth my wyfe duryng her lyfe and after her decese I wyll that Jhon my sone shallhave to hym and to hys heyers for ever my house that I now dwell yn callyd Kostens(?) with halfe the barne in the bakside & the gate house in the wey thertobelonging Also I wyll that George my sone shall have after hys mothers decese my house & [b…] yn the market place of Horsham callyd Cokmannys wyche boltyng? the [...] now [...] to hym & to hys heyers for ever And yf yt fortune the seyd George to dy before hys mother then I wyll that the seyd house & [b…] before wylled to the seyd George shall holy remayn & come to Elizabeth herself mother of the seyd George & to her heyers for ever
