In the name of god amen the twentithe daye of november in the yere of our Lord god a thowsande fyve hundred three score and sixe I William Forest of Cradeley in th parrisshe of Halesowen sick in boddye But thankes begeven to god allmightie lyving god of a good and perfecte memorie Make my testamente and last will in manner and forme following First I bequeathe my soull to allmightie god trustinge my soull shalbe saved by the merits of his Deathe & passion my boddie to be buried in the Churche or Churche yarde of Halesowen First I give to the poore mans Boye in the Churche of Hales twelue pence Item I give and bequeathe to Margaret my wief one Crofte or pasture of grounde withe the appurtenances lying in Rowleye which I Late purchased and boughte of Lawrence Hupkins Nayler  All the rest of my gooddes not bequethed my dettes paide and my boddy honestlie broughte to the grounde  I geve and bequeathe to Margaret my wief to bestowe amonges my Children at her discretion which Margaret I make my soll Executrix and Henry Wale and Humfrey Lowe my overseers to see this my last will performed this wittness
