In the name of god Amen I Thomas Folley of Chadwich in the p[ar]ish of Bromsgrove in the County of Worcester yeoman the third day of december in the yeare of our lord god 1667 and in the nineteenth yeare of the Reing of our Soveraigne lord King Charles the second Being [wh…] sicke in bodye but whole in minde and of good and perfitt memory Praised be god therefore doe make and ordaine this my last will and Teastament in manner and forme following That is to say first I bequeath my soule in to the hands of Allmyghty god my maker and redemer and my body to the earth from whence itt came and for my worldy estate I Give devise and dispose as followeth first of all I give and bequeath unto Sarah my loveinge wife one bond of a hundred poundes for the payment of fifty poundes with Consideracon for the same wherin John Foley standeth bound unto me to be payd in att or upon the five and Twentyeth day of march next ensuing and allsoo all other debts whatsoever oweing and due unto me by expecialty or without Itm I give and bequeath unto my eldest sonne Thomas Folley all those severall p[ar]cells of land which are not expresed by way of Inionture in apart of Indenture having a date the Twentyeth day of december and in the thirteenth yeare of the Raigne of our aigne lord Kinge Charles the second never the les I doe soe give and dispose the sayd land and premises hereafter mencioned that is to say called or knowne by the severall names of the sayd cow pasture & the close meadow or a pasture called the fire meadow and all and every the premisses wherof noe wise is before limited to the sayd Thomas Foley my eldest sonne condicionally that my eldest sonne Thomas Foley shall pay unto my younger sonne William Foley the some of one hundred poundes of good and lawfull mony of England if the sayd William shall live and accomplish the age of one & Tweenty yeares Itm I give and dispose unto John Foley my sonne and his heires forever the sayd land and premises herafter mencioned that is to say called or knowne by the severall names of the Little furlong the sayd close of pasture called the greate furlong and the sayd close or pasture called the windmill hill & my will is That John Foley my sonne shall pay unto my younger sonne William Foley the some of fiftye poundes of good & lawfull mony of England if the sayd William shall live & accomplish the age of one and Tweenty yeares Item I give and bequeath all my goods cattells & chattells unto my sonn John Foley except before before excepted [sic] and I doe as well constitute ordaine and make my sayd sonne John Foly my sole executor of this my last will and Testament & of this my Last will and Testament I doe order & appoint overseers of this my sd will my truly and well beloved freinds William Russell of Rowley in the County of Stafford and John Foley alsoo of the p[ar]ish of Rowley and County of Stafford aforesaid desiring them to be ayding and assisting to my sayd executor before named In witnes wherof I have here unto sett my hand and seale the third day of december anno domi 1667
