This relationship is given by Manteyer (pp. 323-324), by Pécout, by Salazar y Acha (p. 197), and by Poly (p. 34). Varano (p. 458) states that Josserande was a sister of Arnaud Flotte (citing an act of 1206 in which Josserande's son Guillaume II mentions Arnaud as his uncle), that this seems to have been Josserande's second marriage, and that she seems to have died between 1150 and 1152 (p. 460). Salazar y Acha (p. 197) states that Josserande was the daughter of Arnaud de la Flotte, lord of Ravel, and Adelaide de Comps.
