Date of Birth: 2 February 1282.

Payling (ODNB) gives 1278. Patrick’s IPM taken at Berkshire on the Saturday after St. James the Apostle, 11 Edw. I, as abstracted in the CIPM (Edw. 1, vol. 2, no. 477), states, “Maud his daughter, aged 1 at the feast of the Purification last, is his next heir.”


Date of Death: between 1317 and 3 December 1322.

Waugh (ODNB) states that Maud died between 1317 and 1322. Somerville states that she died on 3 December 1322.

Mother: Isabel de Beauchamp (died 1306).

Matilda (about 1310 - 5 May 1377) married (1) William de Burgh, earl of Ulster; married (2) Ralph de Ufford.


Joan (about 1312 - about 1347) married John de Mowbray, lord Mowbray.


Isabel (born about 1317). Prioress of Amesbury.


Eleanor (about 1318 - 11 January 1372) married (1) John, lord Beaumont; married (2) Richard (II) FitzAlan, earl of Arundel and of Surrey in 1344/5 at Ditton.
