In the name of god Amen the 29th day of July anno dni 1640 I John Bache of the p[ar]ishe of Duddeley in the County of Worcester the eldar yeoman feeleing in my selfe the Testator of this Temporall Life to be uncertaine and that I doe Respect another lyffe to com that shall not allow new changes haveing a[...]ing all Care of that lyfe Doe for that End and purposse make my last will and Testament first I bequeath my soule into the hanes of my maker and Redeemer with full Trust of my everlastinge salvation purchased for me through the merrits of Christ Jesus my saviour and my body To the earth from whence it Cam and to be buried in the Church yard of St Thomas in Duddely amongest my Christian bretheren and sisters and as for the desposision of my goods as followeth

First I doe give unto William Bache my eldest Sonne Twelve pence

Item I doe give unto Richard Bach my second sonne one Cowe

Item I doe give unto John Bache my third Sonne on bull

Item I doe give unto Isabell Bach my eldest daughter on Cowe and fowerty shillinges

Item I doe give unto Elizabeth Bach my yongest daughter one Cowe and Fowerty shillinges

Item I give unto my to yongest sonnes all the sunstry[?] tooles p[ar]ted between them

Item I doe make Isabel Bach my wyffe my full and sole executrix of this my last will & all my goods Cattell and Somes of money whatsoever I have after my decease and to pay all those leagacies to pay within one halfe yeare after my deceasse
