Will of Ann Beversley:


The nuncupative Will of Ann Beversley late of Trefeglwys in the County of Mountgomery & Diocese of Bangor spinster declared within six dayes last past was in manner & forme following


First shee bequeathed & gave her soule to him that gave it her in full assurance of a joyfull Resurrection through the meritts of Jesus Christ & her body to be buried in xtian buriall in the Parish Church of Treveglwys aforesaid, according to the discretion of her executor hereafter named.


Item shee gave & bequeathed unto her sister Joan, now living in Bridgnorth in the County of Salloppe, the sum[m]e of Thirty shillings of Curr.t English money to be paid her within the space of a yeare next ensuing after her decease.


Item shee gave & bequeathed to her sister Mary now living in the City of Worcester the like sum[m]e of Thirty shillings to be likewise paid within the space of a yeare next ensuing after her decease.


Item shee gave & bequeathed to her neece Bridgert Swancott the daughter of Jo.n Swancott late of Llanidloes deceased all her wearing apparell to be delivered her within a month after her decease.


Item shee gave & bequeathed to Ann the daughter of Charels Benbow of Treveglwys aforesaid, the sum[m]e of forty shillings of like Curr.t English money to be paid her within the space of a yeare next ensuing after her decease


Item shee gave to bequeathed to Elizabeth the daughter of Edward Bennett of Trefeglwys aforesaid the like sum[m]e of Forty shillings to be delivered her within the space of a yeare next ensuing after her decease.


Lastly shee did constitute & appoint her well beloved Cozen Charles Benbow of Treveglwys aforesaid to be her sole Executor of all the rest of her Goods & Cattells, which said Will is reduced into writing the Twelfth day of August Anno Dni 1684
