In the name of god amen the xxvio daye of Julye in the yere of or lorde god mdlvij I Anthonye Wever of Oxsted in the Countye of Surreye yeman make this my laste wille & testamente in man[ner]e & forme Followinge Firste I bequeith my Soule onto the m[er]cye of god & my bodye to be buryed by the dyscrcyon of my exec It. I wille have bestowed at my beryall vjs viijd and at my monethen daye other vjs viijd It. I will that Thomas Wever my Sonne shall have XXX lods of Square tymber that ys to seye xx lods at Croidon & tenne lods at lyinge in Culverlande in the p[ar]ysshe of Crowherste to be delyv[er]ed Immedyatlye after my deceasse It. I will unto my saide Sonne Thomas ij kine to be delyv[er]ed to hym at the Feaste of the Annunciacyon of St Marye nexte after my deceasse / It. I weill that Johanne my wyffe & Richard my Sonne shall have all the Farme & terme of yeres that I have in the same that I now [akelle?] in to them theyre execs & assignes duryng all the terme of yeres that I have yett to come in the same Ferme/ It. This ys the laste Wille of me the said Anthonye made the daye & yere abovesaid concerning all my lands & tenements/. It. I Wille that Thomas Wever my Sonne shall have my tenemt sette lying & beyng at Berrowe Grene & all the lands yedakes[?] & pasturs & woodds belong to the same & one P[ar]cell of lands lying at the Rye in Oxsted that I purchaseid of one Raffe a Lye gent to have to hym & to his heyers for ev[er]e / It. I Wille that Johanne my Wyff shalle have my house at Oxsteds Wne[?] & all the lands & [yedakes?] belonyng to the same now in the tenure & occupacyon of one John Lauder Fletcher & the hausse there that one John Kynge now lyves in & one Crofte of land belonging to the same & all other my purchased lands lyng & beyng in the p[ar]ysshes of Oxsted Lynesfild & Crowherste in the County of Surreye exepte one p[ar]cell lying at the Rye before Wylled to Thomas my Sonne / to have to her & here assignes duryng all her lyffe kepyng the rep[ar]acyons & payng the [...s] rents upon Condycyon that shee doe relesse all her Right of dowere to Thomas my Sonne in Immedyatlye after my deseasse that shee ought to or maye have in all the lands & tenements that I have before Willyd unot my said sonne Thomas / and yf my said Wyffe Wille notte releasse to my said Sonne Thomas according to this my last Wille that then I Wille that Thomas my Sonne Shall enter into as myche of the lands & tenements before Wyllyd unto my saide Wyffe as Shee shall or doe p… agenste the saide Thomas or his heyrs & the same[?] to have to hym & his assignes duryng all the terme of lyffe of the saide Johanne my Wyffe and after the deceasse of Johanne my Wyffe I Wille all the said lands & tenements wythaptenances before to the saide Johanne Willed shall remayne to Richard my Sonne & to his heyres for ev[er]e of his bodye lawffulye begotten and yf my saide sonne Richard dye W[ith]oute heyers of his bodye lawffulye begotten hen I Will all the saide lands & tenements shalle remayne to Thomas my SOnne & to the Heyers of his bodye lawffyllye begotten and for lacke of heyres of his bodye lawfullye begotten then I Will all the saide lands & tenements Wythappurtenances shall remayne to Johanne Danne my Wyffes daughter & to the heyers of her bodye lawffullye begotten/
