Katherine Byne (buried 12 July 1609 in Camberwell) married Sir Edmund Bowyer 25 May 1573 at Camberwell, Surrey.


Emme Byne (buried 26 December 1624 in Camberwell) married (1) Edward Snow 17 May 1580 at Camberwell; married (2) John Bowyer 2 July 1588 at Camberwell.


Cicely Byne (buried 27 September 1590 in Washington, Sussex) died unmarried.

In the name of god Amen Alice Binde of the p[ar]ishe of Washington in the dioces of Chichester and countie of Sussux widow beinge sicke of bodye but of p[er]fytt remembraunce did make & ordayne her last will & testament nuncapative viz by woorde of mouthe the fiveth day of June Anno dom 1578 And in the twenteth yeare of the raigne of our sov[er]aigne Ladye Elizabeth Queene Elizabeth in the presence of theis p[er]sons whose names are here under written and in man[er] & forme followinge: First she did bequeath her soule to almyghtie god and her body to be buried in the churche of Washington. Itm she did will devise & bequeath unto James Binde her youngest sonne all that her terme of yeares which she hathe in one quantitie of lande meadowe & pasture called or knowen by the name or names of Monches als Moches lately bought by her of the righte honorable Henry Earle of Arunddell John Lorde Lumley & Dame Jane wyffe unto the said Lorde Lumley lyinge in the p[ar]ishe of Worrington in the County aforesayd And Further her mynde & will was that her sonnes have such porcons as her sonne John Bynde shoulde thinke good And soe she did [...] to his discretion Allso shee did Will and bequeath unto ev[er]ie of her two daughters Eme & Sicilye two hundreth poundes a peece which ther fathers bequest & twentye poundes more to ev[er]ie of them to buye them apparell when they shall happen to be marryed All which porcons she did will should be payed by her sayd sonne John Bynde whome she did make her sole executor of this her last will & testament. Witnesses that is the true will & testament of the sayd Alice Bynde deceased Roberte Par... vicar of Washington aforesayd Dorothie Farnnefould & Eme Bynde
