…And I doe apoint my brother Richard Radner of the parrish of Hallow in the Countey of Worcester to bee Overseer of this my Will and Guardian over my daughter till she comes to the Age of One and Twenty yeares And I doe Ratifie & Confirme to my brother Richard Radnar full power to prize & put to sale any of the Goods & Chattle for the discharge of my Just & lawfull debts namely those outward Excremts Waggons Tumbrills harrows & other Instrumts p[er]taining to Husbandry, Lastly I giue and bequeath all my wearing [Cattles (sic, added to the margin)] to my brother Richard Radner…
Richard was assigned administration of the estate in a probate bond. Edward/Edmund’s daughter was named Elizabeth. His widow Priscilla remarried in 1700.
Commentary
Richard’s parentage:
Richard was married in Hallow in 1679, had children baptized and buried there, and was himself buried there in 1727. The Richard Radnall senior buried in Hallow in 1697 was presumably his father.
