I'm just not blogging that well. It doesn't make any sense - when I was super busy, I got it done. Now that things are sort of slowing down, I forget!
In Literature 9 we've completed reading the trial. Most students were upset at the outcome, and telling them that Atticus predicted it the entire time doesn't help. We enjoyed working on honorifics today - Mr., Mrs. Ms, and Miss. It made us look at the characters in the story.
In English 10 we're working on dangling and misplaced phrases. Then we acted out Act III, Scene 1 (1st Hour), and finished the act in sixth hour. Sixth hour is working on reading comprehension questions. Hopefully, we can get everyone caught up.
In American Literature there was a change in lessons. We took a quiz that will hopefully boost people's grades. We then started our discussion of modernism and Robert Frost. All those that haven't presented yet must get their resume and presentation turned into Moodle.
In Law we're discussion torts and contracts. We started our tort packet and the element of a tort called "duty". I so enjoy teaching this class!
