Again, I'm sure all is going well.

In Literature 9 they reviewed the persuasive techniques again. They then worked on a worksheet evaluating evidence and persuasive techniques. They then received a study guide over nonfiction. They were supposed to take a check on Moodle over "Put Down Your Backpack", but it didn't come through. Darn.

In English 10 sixth hour finished with speeches and 7th hour began working with gerunds. They also had to complete a personal evaluation of their speech experience for the first three quarters.

In American Literature they discussed an author's style. There were notes to complete (found on Moodle). Fourth hour was a little further along than third hour because of last Thursday's speaker. They then had "The Highwayman" to read and analyze for romantic features.

In Law they watch the video (SMART board) to complete the notes over 4-3. They then should have gotten a study guide over Chapter 4 and the court system.

Again, I know everything is going well.
